Cinderway
The short version
Cinderway does not collect or share personal data. The game works offline and has no accounts, advertisements, analytics SDK or app-managed crash reporting. It only goes online through Google Play, to buy or restore the full version.
What happens on your device
Cinderway processes your controls, game progress, score and game options locally to run the game. Your five highest arcade and endless scores with their dates, your best time-trial runs (ghost replays), your language and vehicle choice, and whether you own the full version are saved on your device between sessions. This information is not sent to Endroid or to other parties by the app. The game does not provide cloud saves, online leaderboards or online accounts.
The full version (in-app purchase)
Arcade mode is free. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks the other game modes. The purchase is handled entirely by Google Play Billing: Google processes the payment and your payment details under the Google Privacy Policy. Endroid does not receive your payment details. The game asks Google Play on your device whether you own the full version and does not send that information to Endroid or to other parties.
Data retention and deletion
Because the game sends us no personal data, we hold no game account or gameplay record to delete. You can remove the app and its local data using Android's app settings.
Google Play and Android
Google Play and Android may process information under their own privacy policies, for example when you download the game or enable platform diagnostics. This is separate from data collection by Cinderway.
Contacting us
If you choose to email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use this information to respond to your request. Avoid sending sensitive personal information. You can contact us to request deletion of your support correspondence, subject to any applicable legal obligations.
Children
The game does not collect personal data from any player, including children.
Changes to this policy
If the game's data practices change, we will update this policy and the Google Play data safety declarations before releasing the affected version.
